These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thosewhobuilddreams.com (the "Site"), operated by Those Who Build Dreams, Inc. ("TWBD," "we," "us"), a Texas corporation located at 10505 S IH-35, Apt 724, Austin, TX 78747, United States. By using the Site you accept these Terms.
Who we are and what we sell
TWBD builds and operates software products and digital services. Directly and through our brands we provide: software subscription services (such as the Kligrafia e-signature platform), design and web development services (through Didi Web Services), and marketplace and delivery platform operations (through Dizzy, operated by our Venezuelan subsidiary Didi Solutions C.A.). Payments for our services are processed by Stripe. Individual brands may publish additional product-specific terms on their own sites; those terms apply to the corresponding product in addition to these Terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, scrape it at abusive rates, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Those Who Build Dreams name and logo, and the Kligrafia, Didi Web Services, Proteo, and Dizzy marks — are owned by TWBD or its subsidiaries and protected by applicable law. No license is granted by viewing the Site.
Third-party links
The Site links to our brand sites and other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWBD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Liability relating to paid products is governed by each product's own terms and, where applicable, our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
