Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases billed by Those Who Build Dreams, Inc. ("TWBD," "we," "us") through Stripe, including subscriptions to our software products and project-based services. Individual brands may publish product-specific refund terms on their own sites; where they do, those terms control for that product.
Subscriptions (SaaS)
- Cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
- 14-day refund for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of the first charge of a new subscription and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals. Charges for renewal periods may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
Project services (design and development)
Work delivered under a proposal or statement of work is governed by that document. Unless it states otherwise, deposits become non-refundable once work has begun, and completed milestones are billed as delivered.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase, including the charge date and amount. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we resolve billing issues quickly.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
