This Privacy Policy describes how Those Who Build Dreams, Inc. ("TWBD," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 10505 South Interstate 35, Apt 724, Austin, Texas 78747, United States, handles information collected through thosewhobuilddreams.com (the "Site").
Information we collect
The Site is informational. We do not require accounts and we do not operate contact forms. We collect:
- Information you send us voluntarily — if you email [email protected] or call us, we receive the contact details and content you choose to share.
- Server and network logs — our hosting infrastructure and our content delivery provider record standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.
- Aggregate analytics — cookieless measurement of page views and site performance, described under “Cookies and analytics” below.
Cookies and analytics
The Site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not profile visitors or track them across other websites.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the Site performs. It is a privacy-first measurement tool: it uses no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you across sites or over time. It processes technical data such as the page requested, the referring page, browser type, device type and country.
Cloudflare also serves and protects the Site as our content delivery and security provider, and processes connection data such as your IP address for that purpose. Cloudflare acts as our processor; its handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
If we ever add analytics that identify you individually or track you across sites, we will update this policy before doing so.
Payments
When you purchase subscriptions or services from us or our brands, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. Card details are provided directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, process transactions, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with: our subsidiaries and affiliated brands (including Didi Solutions C.A.) to serve you; service providers acting on our behalf (such as Stripe and hosting providers); and authorities when required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep correspondence and records only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect them.
International users
We operate in the United States and Venezuela. By using the Site you understand that information may be processed in the United States.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
